Ottima applicazione, io la uso sempre dopo aver corso utilizzando le apposite sessioni "yoga for runners" e li giudico un efficacissimo e rilassante stretching! Non ho mai male ai muscoli!! Molto buone anche le altre lezioni, quando si ha bisogno di una guida. 9 years ago

Recently I was struggling having time going to yoga, I tried some tutorial on YouTube but they just were too fast or not clear enough, I found this app and I'm completely satisfied with that, not only is clear and gives you good time but is really complete, there is a lot of lessons you can download and different times for every lesson. 9 years ago
